Fernwick began from a simple observation: many organizations want to grow thoughtfully but struggle to find consulting support that respects their current stage while preparing them for future possibilities. Founded in Calgary in 2019, we started with a focus on helping small to mid-sized organizations navigate complex questions about sustainability, long-term planning, and values alignment.
